Join the village at TAITIMU

Originally three sites; 47, 49 and 51 Taipari Road, totalling 2795 sqm have been re-imagined to home 19 new architectural townhouses who will enjoy this serene yet proximate location.

Taitimu is located in Te Atatu Peninsula Auckland surrounded by it's beach and river views yet it is only a 20 minute drive into the city. These homes sit right on the edge of Taipari Strand which includes a network of walkways, boat ramp, wharf, rowing club, children's park, basketball court and a serene outlook. This location paired with a brand new Fotheringhame townhouse will give it's new home owner a place to feel comfortable, secure and connected. A place to find their belonging.

Final Houses FOR SALE

STAGE 1

LAST ONE FOR SALE - 4/47 Taipari - 2 bedroom

Taitimu, in Te Reo Maori translates to  'ebbing tide' and Taipari, the park it sits on translates to 'high tide'.

Taitimu, Taipari are often said together to acknowledge the changing of tides.

We hope those of us who live here at Taitimu, move through life like and ebbs and flows of the tide, knowing when we fall we will rise again.

The Journey

May 2021

November 2022

January 2023

This development is really special to us. From the first time we 'accidentally' stepped foot on 47 Taipari, we couldn't stop thinking about it. We managed to purchase the three sites and knew we had to create something just as special to complement the surroundings. It took time to find the right plan that worked visually, sensibly and financially.
